To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly send you an email confirmation. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and you'll see the credit on your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you're concerned about the status of your refund, we recommend first checking with your credit card company. Sometimes there's a slight delay before refunds are officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@aieria.com.

Sale Items

Please note that we can only offer refunds for regular-priced items, unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Should you receive a defective or damaged item, we're more than happy to replace it for you.

Shipping

Upon receiving the return request, we will provide you the shipping address.

Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is eligible for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
